Kodak will repair your covered product at its location (excluding hard drives).

Response Time
If on-site service is required, a Kodak technician will be schedule to arrive the next business day, Monday through Friday (your local time, excluding public holidays).

Phone Support
Kodak's technical support staff can often help you over the phone, and that helps maximize your productivity. Call as often as needed-you're covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
